From May 4 to 7, EMEC participated in IFAT Munich 2026, one of the leading international events dedicated to environmental technologies and a major gathering for the water, wastewater, recycling, and circular economy sectors.

 

Organized in collaboration with its German subsidiary, EMEC’s participation provided a key opportunity to strengthen the company’s presence in one of Europe’s most strategic markets and to meet with customers, partners, and industry professionals from around the world.

 

The 2026 edition once again confirmed the event’s international significance, welcoming approximately 142,000 visitors from nearly 160 countries and regions and setting a record with 3,400 exhibitors.

 

At the EMEC booth, visitors were able to explore a selection of our latest solutions for water treatment, dosing, and control. The products on display generated significant interest throughout all four days of the fair, creating numerous opportunities for discussion regarding specific applications, market needs, and future projects.

 

In addition to showcasing our technologies, IFAT was above all an opportunity to strengthen existing relationships and forge new ones. During the event, the EMEC team met with long-standing customers and partners while also connecting with new potential contacts from various markets.

 

The event also highlighted the value of collaboration within the EMEC Group. The joint efforts between the Italian headquarters and the German subsidiary—from preparing for the trade show to managing the booth—helped ensure a strong, consistent, and coordinated presence throughout the event.

 

IFAT Munich is part of EMEC’s broader international trade show program for 2026, designed to bring the company ever closer to its markets, strengthen relationships with customers and distributors, and develop new business opportunities in strategic areas around the world.

With several international events still on the schedule, the Munich experience represents another step forward in a year full of meetings, exchanges, and new opportunities for the entire EMEC team.
