\nAt EMEC, we firmly believe that the company\u2019s growth depends first and foremost on the growth of our people. Indeed, it is their skills, curiosity, and willingness to take on new challenges that make the difference, especially in a constantly evolving environment. For this reason, throughout 2026 we have placed special emphasis on training, involving both production staff and office workers in programs designed to develop new skills, deepen their understanding of the company, and prepare us for the challenges of the future.

\n \n\nGet to know the company to feel like you’re part of a project<\/strong>

\nA 16-hour training program was organized for production staff to familiarize them with EMEC, its history, its products, and the markets in which it operates.

\nIt may seem natural to be familiar with the company you work for, but taking a step back to look at it from a broader perspective can help you discover aspects that often remain in the background in day-to-day life. Understanding where we come from, what we produce, who our customers are, and the markets in which we compete allows us to better appreciate the value of our own contribution.

\nThe training was therefore also an opportunity to connect day-to-day work to the overall result, highlighting how different activities, roles, and skills are all part of a single journey.

\n <\/strong>\n\nFrom the Individual Process to the Big Picture<\/strong>

\nDuring the training sessions, colleagues from the Process Engineering department also presented the company\u2019s production workflow, highlighting the key technological and organizational innovations that are driving\u2014and will continue to drive\u2014EMEC\u2019s evolution.

\nThis is a particularly important opportunity to gain even deeper insight into what happens \u201cbehind the scenes\u201d of production and to understand how technology, organization, and expertise must work together. Innovation, in fact, is not just about machinery and processes: it requires people who are capable of understanding it, using it, and helping to improve it.

\nThe HR department has completed the program, which included in-depth sessions on the organization, roles, and contractual matters, thereby providing an even more comprehensive view of the context in which each person works.

\n \n\nNew Skills for Everyday Work<\/strong>

\nA different approach\u2014but one with the same goal\u2014also involved office workers. In this case, the focus was on skills that are becoming increasingly important in everyday professional life, such as time management and the proper and informed use of artificial intelligence.

\nManaging your time more effectively means learning to distinguish between priorities, organize your tasks, and strike a more effective balance between urgent matters and your goals. Artificial Intelligence, on the other hand, opens up entirely new possibilities: it can be a useful tool to support many activities, but using it requires knowledge, a critical mindset, and responsibility.

\nIt is not, therefore, simply a matter of learning how to use new tools, but of understanding how and when to use them,<\/strong> while always keeping people’s skills and judgment at the center.

\n \n\nContinuing education extends beyond the classroom<\/strong>

\nThe training didn’t stop at classroom activities. To promote continuous learning, EMEC has made available an extensive catalog of online courses, giving everyone the opportunity to independently explore topics and skills of interest.

\nOverall, participation in the e-learning program was lower than expected, but several modules sparked colleagues\u2019 interest and provided a real opportunity for professional growth.

\nThis result, too, is a starting point. Understanding which methods work best and which content engages people the most allows us to design future programs that are increasingly effective, accessible, and attuned to the real needs of the company\u2019s employees.

\n \n\nLearn Today to Be Ready Tomorrow<\/strong>

\nFor EMEC, training means much more than simply transferring knowledge. It means raising awareness, fostering change, and giving people the tools they need to face the challenges ahead with greater confidence.

\nIt also means creating opportunities for dialogue between different departments and individuals, fostering greater mutual understanding, and strengthening that sense of the bigger picture that allows people to feel part of a shared endeavor.

\nThe world of work is changing rapidly, and with it, technologies, tools, skills, and ways of collaborating are changing as well. In this context, continuing to learn is not just an opportunity\u2014it is one of the prerequisites for evolving together.

\nBecause EMEC\u2019s future is also built this way: through the skills, curiosity, and desire to grow of the people who are part of it every day.
