What distinguishes the EMEC offer is not only its wide range of products, but also the possibility to assemble ready-to-use all-in-one solutions for specific applications, from swimming pools to cooling towers, customisable to any need or request.

The EMEC range of dosing systems also includes all-in-one turnkey solutions: dosing pumps and measuring and control systems can be assembled with probes and accessories on panels that can be customised to suit the customer’s specific requirements. Assembly can also be carried out on special boxes with doors and on customised stainless steel structures (skids). Electrical control panels, designed and built to control the instruments, complete the assembled solutions offered. Our all-in-one solutions are used, among other things, in swimming pools and cooling towers, as well as in wastewater treatment and drinking water plants.

SKID

Skid-mounted systems are systems assembled on a Stainless Steel structure. The structure is built according to customer requirements.

In addition to the solution on skids, it is possible to create dosing plants in a box with window or door.

Electrical control panels, designed and built to control the instruments, complete the assembled solutions offered. The finished structure includes electrical and hydraulic connections for quick installation.

LOTUS DISINFECTION SYSTEMS

SAFE DISINFECTION

LOTUS chlorine dioxide generators are the most effective solution for water disinfection in a variety of applications and in particular for the prevention of legionellosis in domestic hot and cold water systems.

The bacterium that causes legionellosis, Legionella, is able to adapt even to conditions that would be fatal to other organisms. Thanks to its high Redox potential, chlorine dioxide exerts a more powerful disinfectant action than other biocides against Legionella and all kinds of germs and contaminants such as viruses, bacteria, fungi and algae. The oxidation potential is higher than that of chlorine, for example, so fewer chemicals can be used. Potentially dangerous disinfection by-products are absent and it is proven to penetrate and degrade the Legionella habitat. The action of the chlorine dioxide is independent of the pH value of the water, is not aggressive towards pipes and has a longer-lasting and wider-ranging effect from the injection point.

Scientific tests have shown the effectiveness of the disinfectant action, with almost 100% killing of Legionella in just 30 minutes and elimination of the proliferation habitat. Safety is ensured by the atmospheric pressure production process, in which chlorine dioxide is never treated in its gaseous form but is produced by reacting two liquid precursors in a reaction chamber in only the amount needed at the time.

SAFE DISINFECTION

LOTUS AIR

LOTUS AIR is a pressure-less chlorine dioxide generator useful for those applications in which several injection points are required. Chlorine dioxide is produced from diluted base chemicals: acid-chlorite process by Hydrochloric Acid (HCl 9%) and Sodium Chlorite (NaClO₂ 7,5%).

Chlorine dioxide produced by LOTUS AIR is stocked into a tank and then dosed proportionally to the request. A multifunction valve guarantees the safety of the process. LOTUS AIR can be equipped with a gas detection sensor.

RANGE: 10-60 g/h
MAX CAPACITY: 1440 g/day

– LOTUS AIR WITH PROBE MEASURE models are also equipped with a ClO₂ probe (SVCL2/SVCL17) or an mV probe (ERH), a probe holder and a filter.

LOTUS MINI is a versatile and complete solution for all your water disinfection needs. Its elegant cover preserves the cleanliness of the inner components and their integrity. Chlorine dioxide produced by LOTUS MINI can be proportional to the circulating water flow or based on a measured setpoint.

There is no storage of chlorine dioxide therefore there is no chlorine dioxide gas or concentrated solutions outside of the process application. LOTUS MINI can be equipped with a gas detection sensor.

Chlorine dioxide produced by LOTUS MAXI is set to be proportional to the circulating water flow or based on a setpoint, it is then dosed into the water flow. LOTUS MAXI can be equipped with a gas detection sensor.

Chlorine Dioxide is produced from concentrated base chemicals: Hydrochloric Acid (HCl 33%) and Sodium Chlorite (NaClO₂ 25%).

Chlorine dioxide produced by LOTUS ULTRA is set to be proportional to the circulating water flow or based on a setpoint, it is then dosed into the water flow. LOTUS ULTRA can be equipped with a gas detection sensor.

RANGE: 1000-4000 g/h

OTUS EASY is the best solution for a simple but professional way to produce chlorine dioxide, thanks to an integrated All-in-One system with a controller and two metering pumps.

Chlorine dioxide produced by LOTUS EASY can be proportional to the circulating water flow. There is no storage of chlorine dioxide therefore there is no chlorine dioxide gas or concentrated solutions outside of the process application. Multifunction valves on injection points ensure the security of the reaction chamber.
