TYPES OF DATA COLLECTED
The provision of common data is necessary to ensure, respectively, the execution of the contractual relationships and the respect of internal administrative procedures for the fulfilment of the legal requirements or regulations in force in Italy.

• Processing is needed to comply with a legal obligation to which the Data Controller is a subject;

• Processing is needed to achieve the legitimate interest of the Data Controller or third parties.
However, it is always possible to ask the Data Controller to clarify the concrete legal basis of all processing and, in particular, to specify whether the processing is based on the law, provided for by a contract, or needed to conclude a contract.

PLACE
The Data is processed at the Data Controller’s operational headquarters and at any other place where the parties involved in processing are located. Contact the Data Controller for further information.
The User’s Personal Data may be transferred to a country other than the country in which the User is located. To obtain more information about the place of processing the User can refer to the section on the processing of personal data.
The User has the right to obtain information about the legal basis of the transfer of Data outside of the European Union or to an international organisation under public international law or formed by two or more countries, such as the UN, as well as about the security measures adopted by the Data Controller to protect the Data.

RETENTION PERIOD
The Data is processed and stored for the time required for the purposes for which they were collected.
Therefore:
• Personal data collected for purposes related to the performance of a contract between the Data Controller and the User will be retained until the implementation of that contract is completed.
• The personal data collected for purposes related to the legitimate interests of the Data Controller will be retained until the fulfilment of such interest. The User can obtain more information on the legitimate interest pursued by the Data Controller in the relevant sections of this document or by contacting the Data Controller.
When the processing is based on consent, the Data Controller may retain the Personal Data for a longer period of time, until said consent is not revoked. Furthermore, the Data Controller may be required to keep the Personal Data for a longer period of time in compliance with a legal obligation or by order of an authority.

The Personal Data will be deleted at the end of the retention period. Therefore, on the expiry of that period, the right of access, cancellation, correction and the right to Data portability will no longer be exercised.

Google Analytics with anonymized IP (Google Inc.)
Google Analytics is a web analysis service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”). Google uses the Personal Data collected to trace and examine the use of this Website and to compile and share reports with other services developed by Google.
Google may use the Data collected to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network.
This integration of Google Analytics makes your IP address anonymous. Youtube is a platform owned by Google, for the sharing of videos that uses cookies to collect users’ information and navigation devices. The videos on the website do not convey access cookies on this page, since the “advanced privacy (no cookie)” option has been set by which YouTube does not store information about visitors unless they voluntarily reproduce the video.
Cookie: test cookie .doubleclick.net non is not a permanent cookie, but is used to check if the user’s browser supports cookies.
