The WNPHxx series was created by EMEC to offer a complete and easy-to-use solution for pool water treatment and for all installation contexts that require prec ise, reliable and quiet operation, c ome in wellness and spas. The WN series is distinguished by:

– optimized dosing capacity through the integration of an electronically controlled stepper motor. This allows real-time variation of rotation speed, and thus of dosage, in a range from 1% to 100%;

– ability to detect and manage electromechanical faults. The large backlit LCD screen and encoder knob allow for clear reading of data and easy navigation through menus, being able to quickly pogramm the system’s fuctioning modes, set alarms, and manage different outputs. The WNPHxx is also remotely controllable through the ERMES platform and the My Emec app.

PRISMA STEPPER METERING PUMPS

The PRISMA dosing pump is the best solution for the highest precision dosing with extreme reliability. The versatile stepper motor and sophisticated MultiFunction software offer absolute control over dosing speeds and working modes, as well as high flexibility.

The ENCODER control knob allows easy navigation through configuration menus and control and adjustment of working parameters. The backlit display can also signal different working states: pump running; stand-by; warning; alarm.

TURNDOWN RATIO
PRISMA pumps offer extremely precise control with an incredible turndown ratio of up to 4800:1. This allows the dosing process to be subdivided up to a maximum of 4800 steps to enable the most precise and even distribution of the product to be dosed.

SLOW MODE.
The Slow Mode function, when enabled, allows the suction speed to be reduced from 100% to 1% of normal speed, making priming and dosing easier, more reliable and accurate even with very viscous liquids.

PRISMA

PRISMA is a metering pump with a diaphragm stepper motor. The position and speed of the diaphragm are controlled by the microprocessor for the entire delivery/suction cycle.

PRISMA is equipped with Level Control, Alarms and Stand-by, while working modes include: Constant, Constant with external input, ppm, %, mlq, Pause-Work, Weekly, mA, Pulse, Volt, External Batch and Manual Batch. The included installation kit ensures the best and fastest installation.

   METERING PUMPS WT

The WT pump is the complete advanced solution for controlling and dosing biocides and inhibitors, which are essential for treating and disinfecting water, preventing the proliferation of bacteria and algae inside evaporative towers. The WT also integrates a corrosion and scale inhibitor dosing function, ensuring continuous protection of metal surfaces and pipes. Dosing of the biocide and inhibitor is managed proportionally on make-up water (both continuous and one-shot), timer or in proportion to the discharge time. The Lockout function ensures the utmost efficiency in chemical management, while the Safety Timer on the discharge solenoid valve guarantees that the system is always safe.

Remote management via ERMES/MYEMEC App ensures maximum flexibility and optimisation in system management.

Peristaltic WT (stepper)

Dual stepper motor technology combined with two long-life, low-permeability peristaltic tubes, ideal for maximum safety and precision in the dosing of biocides and inhibitors. The inverter function allows advanced chemical management in complete safety for the operator. The scheduled maintenance function minimises system downtime. Automatic water draining is managed based on the conductivity value detected, preventing the accumulation of dissolved salts and ensuring optimal chemical balance in the cooling water circuit.

Diaphragm WT (solenoid)

The diaphragm version is an advanced solution for an extremely wide range of chemical dosing applications in evaporative towers thanks to its wide flow/pressure range. It is equipped with solenoid-operated diaphragm movement with hydraulic parts in PVDF with high chemical resistance. Integrated functions include manual or automatic bleed, standby mode, and delayed start of dosing.
