Behind every successful trade show, event, piece of content, or communications project, there is always something that goes beyond mere organization: the ability to build relationships, convey value, and create experiences that leave a lasting impression. This is precisely the common thread running through Chiara’s professional career; for over thirty years, she has been immersed in the world of communication with passion, creativity, and a spirit of initiative.
Her inclination was already evident when she was a child. While many simply played with dolls, she imagined herself anchoring the news or directing a film. Organizing, storytelling, and engaging others: these were activities that were already second nature to her. This natural talent led her to pursue a degree in Communication Sciences in the very first year the program was offered at La Sapienza University in Rome, making her the first graduate of that department. Her educational journey was enriched by encounters with prominent professors such as Oliviero Toscani and Maurizio Costanzo.
At the time, however, the role of a communications professional was still poorly defined. She had to invent the job for herself day by day, gaining experience and building skills on the job. Since then, Chiara has worked in various settings, both in Italy and abroad, developing solid experience in communications and event planning.
One of the aspects she is most passionate about is event management: seeing satisfied participants at the end of an event is, for her, the best confirmation of a job well done. This result stems from her attention to detail, her ability to coordinate complex activities, and her understanding that every event is, first and foremost, an opportunity for people to come together.
The advent of digital technology and, above all, the pandemic have marked a major turning point for the industry. During those years, communication became an essential tool for maintaining relationships and ensuring business continuity. Chiara played a leading role in this transformation, drawing on the skills she had developed over many years of experience.
Today, she is particularly proud to be able to contribute to the growth of EMEC, a company she considers a local leader that operates in a highly valuable sector: water management, a precious resource that is increasingly strategic for the future. For Chiara, this experience also holds personal significance. After working at many different companies, she finally has the opportunity to put her skills to work for the region where she was born and raised.
His contribution to the team certainly stems from his professional experience, but also from a strong desire to grow alongside the company. He enjoys interacting with colleagues who have technical skills different from his own, as he views every collaboration as an opportunity for mutual enrichment. Teamwork, sharing ideas, and achieving common goals are elements he considers essential to the success of any organization.
Outside the office, she pursues passions that reveal a lot about her character. Photography holds a special place in her life: she was among the first professional photographers in Italy to conduct birth photography sessions right in the delivery room, transforming once-in-a-lifetime moments into memories to cherish forever. She also loves to travel and spend quality time with her daughters, who are the center of her world.
And if she could choose a superpower? She has no doubts: teleportation. It’s the perfect tool for someone like her, who thrives on organization and coordination. It would allow her to oversee the setup of a trade show in Amsterdam, check on the preparation of materials for an event in Rieti just a few minutes later, and perhaps end the day with dinner with one of her daughters. After all, this answer also says a lot about Chiara: her desire to be present, to forge connections, and to always put people at the center of everything she does.
