Now in its third year, the summer party for EMEC employees has become a much-anticipated event—an opportunity to get together outside the context of everyday work and, at the same time, to commemorate that July 3, 1982, when it all began.
To welcome the guests, seated in the 200 chairs, an EMEC-branded beach bag containing a glass and a Panama hat: small details that already set the tone for the evening.
The event opened with remarks by President Claudio Ciogli, who traced EMEC’s early history—from its beginnings to the present—and reflected on the progress made over the past 44 years.
Next up was the talk show hosted by Tino Signorino, which featured several members of management and, starting with the company’s values, addressed topics related to EMEC’s present and near future in a dynamic and lighthearted tone.
On stage were Francesco Pietrolucci, Director of Customer & Marketing Excellence; Davide Costa, Chief Sales Officer; and Teodosio De Bonis, Director of Operations. Before them sat an engaged, attentive, and entertained audience.
A warm welcome was then extended to all new hires who joined EMEC in 2026.
Immediately afterward came one of the most heartfelt moments of the evening: the presentation of awards to those who have helped build the company over the years. The honorees—Manuela Ambrosini, Paolo Ciancarelli, Aldo Muratori, and Maurizio Pasini—were recognized for their 25 years at EMEC.
Then, from words to the party.
The sun goes down, the lights come on, and the atmosphere changes.
The green space at EMEC 4 is transformed into an area inspired by the atmosphere of beach clubs and sunset parties: warm lighting, lounge furnishings, music, cocktails, food, and casual spaces where people can meet and relax.
For one night, our sea was EMEC 4.
Stilt walkers, jugglers, aerial dance, and fire shows livened up the venue and marked the transition from the official proceedings to the actual celebration.
The DJ set set the tone for the evening, shifting from lounge sounds to dance music until everyone was out on the dance floor, while the food village—featuring dishes from Locanda dello Chef—and the cocktail bar set the pace for the evening.
Meanwhile, on the tower, images of the team-building event and water in all its forms were projected—an immediate reminder of our region and the work EMEC dedicates every day to water treatment.
Then came the chatter, the laughter, the toasts, the dancing, the cake, and the fireworks
